These Sitting Qigong therapies can be performed sitting in a chair or lying down with eyes closed. Beginning with a basic introduction to diaphramatic breathing, and then continuing with a mind and body cleansing stress release therapy of about 18 minutes. The 3rd track then offers an experience of field cleansing and expanded awareness.
